Cold Brew Blend

One of our most popular drinks at our store and at the farmers market is our cold brew coffee. You can now make cold brew coffee at home using a home cold brew maker and our own cold brew blend! We use a Takeya Cold Brew maker at home which you should be able to get on Amazon.

Here is how we make cold brew at home:

1. We recommend using a 1:2 ratio of our cold brew coffee to water. For example, 1 cup of our cold brew blend to 2 cups of water.
2. Add the ground cold brew to the filter. If you purchased this whole bean, grind it coarse, like kosher salt grind equivilent.
3. Add room temperature water.
4. Stir the grinds well in the filter.
5. Place the cold brew maker into the refrigerator. We recommend keeping the cold brew "brewing" in your refrigerator for 18-24 hours. The longer you have it brewing, the stronger the taste.
6. After brewing is complete, you can remove the filter. The cold brew should be fine to drink for up to two weeks!
