Pick Up/Delivery Options/Refund Policy

Free Local Delivery Options

If you order on our website and are located in one of the service areas below, you might be able to get free delivery. You will select the free delivery option at checkout. All orders must be in by Tuesdays for free local delivery. Note, if you do not live in one of the service areas below, please select the standard shipping option or the free delivery on orders of $45 or more. You can also visit some of the other businesses' websites listed below that are offering our coffee for delivery and pick up.

Delivery Service Areas:

  • Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Milton & Cumming delivery day is Thursday.
  • Chamblee, Tucker, Doraville, Dunwoody & Norcross delivery day is Friday.

 

Other Delivery/Pick Up Options/Locations:

  • Downtown Alpharetta Farmer's Market between 9am - noon, each Saturday except for July 25th. Our stand is located in front of Kilwins. Orders must be in by Tuesdays
  • 2B Whole Gluten Free Bakery in Alpharetta (Currently temporarily closed for remodeling). Orders must be made on our website by Thursday for pick up on Saturday.
  • Crave Pie in Duluth. Orders must be in by Tuesday for pick up on Thursday.
  • Crave Pie in Alpharetta. Orders must be made on our website by Thursday for pick up on Saturday.
  • Java Saga Coffee. Orders must be made on our website by Thursday for pick up on Saturday.
  • Garnish and Gather offers our coffee in their grocery section of their website and they have delivery and pick up options available. www.garnishandgather.com
  • Simple Bread Company offers our coffee on our website for delivery in the Tucker/Northlake areas on Saturdays. www.simplebreadcompany.com.
  • Circle A Farms offers our coffee on their website for delivery or pick up at their farm. www.circlealettuce.com.
  • Hello Gorgeous Boutique and Cafe offers their coffee on their website available for pickup and delivery. www.hellogorgeousboutiqueandcafe.com.

Returns and Refund Policy:

If you are dissatisfied with the coffee you received from us, please contact us at kristina@cloudlandcoffee.com, including your order number and which coffee(s) you would like to return and why. We will offer the following options for refunds:

  • We will refund the cost of your order if it arrives damaged.
  • If you are not satisfied with your coffee we will either replace it with another type of coffee or give you your money back for the cost of the coffee.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Refunds will be honored up to 30 days after roast date, but not afterward.
  • There are no refunds available bagel orders.
