Returns and Refund Policy:

If you are dissatisfied with the coffee you received from us, please contact us at, including your order number and which coffee(s) you would like to return and why. We will offer the following options for refunds:

  • We will refund the cost of your order if it arrives damaged.
  • If you are not satisfied with your coffee we will either replace it with another type of coffee or give you your money back for the cost of the coffee.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Refunds will be honored up to 30 days after roast date, but not afterward.
  • There are no refunds available bagel orders.
