Refund Policy

Returns and Refund Policy:

If you are dissatisfied with the coffee you received from us, please contact us at kristina@cloudlandcoffee.com, including your order number and which coffee(s) you would like to return and why. We will offer the following options for refunds:

  • We will refund the cost of your order if it arrives damaged.
  • If you are not satisfied with your coffee we will either replace it with another type of coffee or give you your money back for the cost of the coffee.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Refunds will be honored up to 30 days after roast date, but not afterward.
  • There are no refunds available bagel orders.
