About a year ago, we were introduced to Marcela Valle through a sample of coffee we received from our friends at Cafesmo. We really loved her coffee and were excited to share it with you. Our friends from Cafesmo sat down with Marcela and got to know her a little more. Her love for coffee began years ago when she was a little girl. Her grandfather was a coffee farmer and had a finca where she often visited with her dad. She went on to study civil engineering, but she had a special place in her heart for the family coffee farm. She has now been a coffee producer for over five years and has used her civil engineering background to help make improvements to the farm. Here is her interview with Cafesmo:
